Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift voucher may refer to a digital gift voucher purchased on our website or a physical gift voucher purchased in our store in the Swan Valley.

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a gift voucher you: accept and agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Swan Valley Station gift vouchers expire three years from the date of purchase.

Digital gift vouchers and physical gift cards can only be redeemed in person at our store in the Swan Valley. They cannot be used online.

Gift vouchers must be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or refunded. No change will be given and any balance can only be used in whole or part against future transactions at Swan Valley Station.

You can only purchase one digital gift voucher per transaction on our website. There is no restriction to the number of physical gift vouchers that can be purchased in our store in the Swan Valley.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

You are liable for all transactions on your voucher except to the extent to which there has been an act of fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.

You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your gift voucher. If you are unable to provide identification, Swan Valley Station may elect to not accept the gift voucher as payment until you are able to do so.

Please contact our team during business hours Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 4pm, if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your voucher.

You can choose any amount to load on your gift voucher from $20 to $1000.

Digital gift vouchers are delivered directly to a recipient’s email address.

Gift voucher transactions are processed via a secure banking partner (Stripe). Swan Valley Station does not have access to your full credit card number.

A surcharge may be applied for online card payments.

Gift voucher purchases are not refundable.
